Keep track of your mobile device
Your mobile device is a way of accessing TCU’s Internet Banking, so don’t keep your login information with your mobile device. Get in touch with TCU immediately if you’ve lost your mobile device or feel that someone may know your login details or security passcode.
Close the TCU Mobile Banking App when you’re done
Make sure you close the App when you’re finished using TCU online banking. Once you close the App, no one else can login without your login details or security passcode.
